Pricing windows comes down to a few things; the amount of windows, size of windows, difficulty of reaching windows, and any unique challenges. Pricing will vary depending on if we are doing exterior, exterior and interior, and if we are adding screen cleaning!

When pricing gutter cleaning, we use linear feet as a starting point. We will then look at things such as height of gutters, fullness of gutters, and overall difficulty.

Most times, we use square feet of a house and the amount of stories to price house washing. Because House Washing is an extensive clean of your entire home's exterior, we price it in such a way so that we can do an immaculate job.
